Who we are
From a humble beginning
The group inception into business was 70 years back with prime focus on farming and agro driven export business, From Beekeeping and Apiculture, Avocado production for exports, Global spice trading that benefitted and kept Ugandans farmers interest and produce globally available.
In 2017 HK Properties formed to diversify into the Real Estate development focusing on quality housing benefitting the common Ugandans.

HK Properties was established in 2017 to fill the vacuum for quality Real Estate Development in Uganda. The firm which is wholly Ugandan owned brings together a team of innovative professionals with a wealth of experience in business management, architectural, engineering, marketing, construction and real estate development sectors to create something wonderful for our nation and its people.
We are currently focusing on developing both Affordable Housing as well as Premium Homes requirements in Uganda. We want HK Properties to be quality housing solution provider in the country which are priced rightly and are for all walks of people.
